Siddhi Industrial Services successfully completed the comprehensive industrial infrastructure development project for Hilex Hydraulics Pvt. Ltd. in Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, during the 2022–2023 execution period. As a specialized industrial civil contractor, our engineering approach focused on creating a high-performance manufacturing environment that prioritizes structural durability, industrial safety, and efficient production workflows. The project background involved transforming a greenfield site into a technically advanced hydraulic components manufacturing facility. Our execution team managed a wide-ranging scope, beginning with the construction of a reinforced boundary wall for perimeter security and extensive site preparation. A critical technical highlight was the installation of high-strength Tremix industrial flooring across the production hall, specifically engineered to support heavy-duty hydraulic machinery and withstand constant logistical stresses. The infrastructure development also included a network of heavy-duty internal RCC roads and organized parking areas, designed for seamless multi-axle vehicle logistics. To ensure long-term site resilience against regional monsoons, we installed a comprehensive Storm Water Drainage (SWD) network with precisely calculated gradients. Beyond the manufacturing shell, we constructed a modern administration building with integrated utility networks and executed professional industrial landscaping to enhance the facility's overall aesthetic and environmental balance. The outcome is a world-class manufacturing hub delivered with uncompromising engineering quality and timely project completion, providing Hilex Hydraulics with a robust foundation for their industrial operations in the heart of Gujarat's industrial corridor.
